It was 7 years ago today that my late-husband died.

All. Of. Life.  – – – CHANGED – – – in an instant.

Without warning.

Totally unexpected.

Complete shock.  To my core….

A friend asked if there was something of a more practical nature (other than money) that could help me.  Oh THAT was an easy answer!!!!  YES!  I told her that I would love to have some kind of essential oil so I wouldn’t be a basket case at the funeral. She sent me a bottle of Young Living’s Peace & Calming blend.

Young Living
Peace & Calming

At the time, I had never even heard of the Young Living brand.  My essential oil experience was limited to those I had found at the health food store.  I have to tell you those initial health food store finds left me less than impressed to say the least.  I couldn’t figure out what all the ‘essential oil fuss’ was all about…  But this Young Living blend smelled amazing and it did what I needed it to do during the funeral… I remained calm!

It was about a month after my late husband’s funeral that a dear friend introduced me to Young Living essential oils as a means to help support myself.  She knew I was already naturally minded, and believed that this would be a good fit for me.  She was so right!!  I tried a few of her oils and was amazed at the huge difference these were from anything else I had tried.  These actually worked… and I was blown away by how well, how quickly, and how little I needed to use in comparison!

I am so very thankful my dear friend thought enough of me to share her love of these amazing Young Living essential oils!

One of the things that has surprised me on my Young Living journey are all the wonderful people I have become friends with along the way.  Precious friends who have been so very supportive and encouraging!  THAT is rare these days and I treasure these people.

I am so very thankful for the Young Living essential oils!

Until next time…
