It occurred to me that I have not shared what I do in my morning routine for my wellness… so here goes:
1) Fresh squeezed lemon juice of half a lemon in hot water not boiling (about 150 to 170 degrees), stevia to taste, and 1 drop of Young Living Lemon Vitality.

2) 2 oz Young Living Ningxia Red. I have recently changed my Ningxia Red intake routine and split my 4 to 6 daily ounces not all at once but throughout the day. Last one is midafternoon as a pick me up.

Sometimes I add an oil or 5 to zip it up… 😉
3) and introducing my new obsession… Young Living’s Steeped Vitality. This is the Orange, Rose Hip, Black Tea flavor and is really good!
I had been drinking it black and it is wonderful.
Today I am trying it with oat milk and… it is wonderful. LOL.
Tomorrow I will have to try a Young Living Vitality oil in it…
4) today’s breakfast is just a bowl of cherries!! Tastes like home. Tastes like my childhood in Michigan. All in a bowl. Washed with the Young Living Fruit & Veggie Wash of course! I love cherries. Always have. And it is cherry season right now… I’m in heaven.
